Woolwich
This project in Woolwich involved the complete renovation of an early 20th-century Federation-style home, alongside a rear extension designed to maximise natural light and open up the living spaces.
The scope also included detailed hard landscaping and a new pool, creating a seamless, family-friendly indoor-outdoor connection.

The original brief focused on preserving the home’s heritage charm at the front, while introducing a clean, modern aesthetic to the new rear addition. Initially centred on the extension, the project naturally evolved into a full renovation of the existing structure, including a complete re-roof to address unforeseen structural issues.
Despite a few unexpected challenges along the way, the result is a beautifully resolved home where classic Federation features blend effortlessly with contemporary finishes. Collaborating with an interior designer to carefully select materials and incorporate thoughtful detailing to bring warmth and character throughout.
